Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.


How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Go to the Home Page

  2. Click the Profile Icon 

    • Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of our homepage.

  3. Log In to Your Account

    • Enter your email address and click “Continue.”

    • Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.

    • Return to the store and enter the code to log in.

  4. Request Your Return

    • Locate the order you wish to return and click “Request Return.”

    • If your order has multiple items, select the ones you’d like to return.

    • Choose a return reason and add an optional note for our team.

    • Click “Request Return.”


Shipping Instructions

  • If your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

  • A flat $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.

  • The return label must be used within the specified return timeframe.


Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • No restocking fees apply.
