We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to Submit a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of our homepage.

Log In to Your Account

Enter your email address and click “Continue.”

Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.

Return to the store and enter the code to log in.

Request Your Return

Locate the order you wish to return and click “Request Return.”

If your order has multiple items, select the ones you’d like to return.

Choose a return reason and add an optional note for our team.

Click “Request Return.”

Shipping Instructions

If your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

A flat $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.

The return label must be used within the specified return timeframe.
Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

No restocking fees apply.
