Returns Policy

We accept returns for gear purchased through our website within a 30-day period for a refund back to the original form of payment. Order shipping costs to ship items to you are non-refundable.

Start your return by visiting our Return Portal. Please ensure you use our pre-paid PIX return shipping labels to avoid extended processing times and receive an accurate refund amount.

While we do not offer direct exchanges you can place a new order whenever you're ready and use the above form to process a free return. Please reach out to SUCCEED@PIXSPORTSGEAR.com  if you need further assistance.

* At this time we cannot support International returns for purchases that were made in the US. 

♻️ A Note on Return Bags & Boxes: Please use the recyclable plastic bag or box that your order and all its contents was mailed in. The recyclable plastic bag is resealable and contains a fresh sticky flap for you to reseal your return. Please DO NOT use the paper packaging your clothing is packaged in.
