This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs the manner in which PIX Sports LLC (hereinafter “PIX Sports LLC” / “we” / “our” as applicable) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User" / “you” / “your” as applicable) of PIX Sports LLC, its ecommerce website selling transfers, accessories, and more (collectively, the “Sites”). Your Personal and Business Information
We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our Sites, save a design, place an order, respond to a survey, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Sites. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, their name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information for the purpose of saving your design or processing your order. For quality and maintaining customer service levels, we record both incoming and outgoing phone calls in our system. We may also review your phone calls live or after completion from time to time.
When visiting our Sites, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Sites, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to, and information about how you interact with the Sites.
Third party companies may retain a token of your credit card through the Shopify.com, Paypal.com, or Stripe.com customer profiles to rebill or refund your credit card.
Being that reorders and login do not necessarily require password, your design and order will be published if your email address is used to login by someone other than you. Your invoice may be published as well after shipping for easy access for our customers with limited information.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Sites. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about users means of connection to our Sites, such as the operating system and the internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
